Shipments and returns

Shipping

Shipping costs is calculated at a flat rate throughout Australia based on weight of purchased products. If you wish to ship overseas please email me with details of what you would like to purchase along with postal/zip code, state and country before making a purchase.

Shipping is made via 'Australia Post' and all products are sent registered. Express posting is also available in Australia upon request and will be quoted separately. Please contact via email regarding quotes.

Although our best efforts are taken in having all orders to you promptly, we do not take responsibility for AustPost shipping times, so please allow ample time for any packages to arrive. Shop Orders are dispatched within 1-5 business days of cleared payment, while Pre-Orders and Personalised Gifts 14-21days of cleared payment.

Returns

If you have any questions or concerns with any product you receive please notify us via email. If you believe there to be a fault with your product please notify us within 7 days of receipt so we can rectify any concerns promptly. Faulty products must be returned unused within 30 days of purchase for the item to be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

A 6 month warranty is offered on all purchases which covers faults and defects in the item. Items must be returned for examination before repair, replacement or refund of the item will take place and will be at our discretion.

Any concerns with an item must be taken up with our customer service via email prior to any returns and arrangements made in regards to this at our discretion.

To be eligible for any warranties, products must be cared for in accordance with the care instructions provided for each product.

Refunds will not be given for products damaged in transit or by the customer.

We cannot accept returns of items which have been used even if only prewashed.

Change of Mind

We will only exchange or credit items at our discretion. Any shipping costs incurred as a result may be fully payable by the customer. All goods must be returned in original, unused, unwashed condition to be considered elligible and we must be advised of your "change of mind" within 7 days of the purchase.

In the occurance of a "change of mind" on a pre-ordered purchase of products, if the product has been processed then it may be subject to incur a service fee up to the value of 20% of the product and credit will be made soley at our discretion.
