Conditions of purchase

Items purchased must be paid for in full within 7 days of the purchase, unless layb payment plan is made, or we reserve the reight to sell the item(s) to another customer.

When making a payment please use your order number as a reference.

All products are quoted in $AU and subject to change and availability

If a particular product is unavailable for any reason we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible to arrange suitable substitute. However, if we are unable to recieve a response within 7 days of attempted contact, we reserve the right to offer you, as close to your original purchased product as possible, a substituted product.

All photos depicted in this website are guides only and may appear differently on various screens and browsers.

By configming your order you are commiting to purchase of the goods and allowing us to use your personal information for the purpose of supplying the goods to you or a nominated third party and to inform you of any specials and new (via email).

Payment

We accept the following methods of payment:

• Direct Deposit
• Paypal

For all methods of payment postage times will be calculated when the funds have cleared.

Clearance Items

Any items listed in the clearance or sale page are non-refundable and as-is. No further discounts will apply to the listed price on clearance/sale items.

Clearance items are of limited stock and only available while stocks last.

Layby

Layby is available upon request. To set up a layby please select Direct Deposit when confiming payment and inform us within 24hrs of your wish to use the layby option.

Standard Terms and Conditions of Layby:

• 20% of the total price is required as upfront payment.
• Regular installments of at least the fortnightly frequency are required to maintain layby, unless prior arrangements are made.
• The order must be paid in full within 3 months of the ordered date, unless other arrangements have been discussed and approved.
• Installments must be paid by direct deposit with the order number as a reference.
• Applicable postage times will begin from the date of cleared final payment.

Layby is only applicable to orders of $80 in value for our standard 3 month, or $300 in value for a "pregnancy layby". In the event of a customer "change of mind" on a layby, credit or exchange may be offered at our discretion and may be subject to a forfeit of the upfront payment up to or equivalent to 20% of the total layby value.

Custom orders on layby payments may only proceed to processing after the time that a minimum of 50% has been paid off.
