Returns

If you have any questions or concerns with any product you receive please notify us via email. If you believe there to be a fault with your product please notify us within 7 days of receipt so we can rectify any concerns promptly. Faulty products must be returned unused within 30 days of purchase for the item to be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

A 6 month warranty is offered on all purchases which covers faults and defects in the item. Items must be returned for examination before repair, replacement or refund of the item will take place and will be at our discretion.

Any concerns with an item must be taken up with our customer service via email prior to any returns and arrangements made in regards to this at our discretion.

To be eligible for any warranties, products must be cared for in accordance with the care instructions provided for each product.

Refunds will not be given for products damaged by the customer or in shipping transit (unless item is registered, item will state registered post in description or you may purchase separately).

Change of Mind

"Change of mind" includes any item you purchase and find you have incorrectly ordered, whether it be the wrong size, colour, option or product. So please check your orders in the checkout process carefully before processing.

We cannot accept returns of items which have been used even if only prewashed.

We will only exchange or credit items at our discretion. Any shipping costs incurred as a result may be fully payable by the customer. All goods must be returned in original, unused, unwashed condition to be considered elligible and we must be advised of your "change of mind" within 7 days of the purchase.

In the occurance of a "change of mind" on a pre-ordered purchase of products, if the product has been processed then it may be subject to incur a service fee up to the value of 20% of the product and credit will be made soley at our discretion.

Items purchased from the "Clearance" or "Seconds" category are final and we will not honour any refunds or enchanges on any of these items so please consider your purchase carefully before proceeding through check out.
